We can now offer all TDA, TDE and NCP customers the latest upgrade for their systems which will allow for use of existing phones, as well as the ability to expand with the newest style of Panasonic phones. With full duplex speakers, the 500 series phones have unmatched audio quality. They also feature a brightly lit and easy to see displays. The upgrade will also allow some programming modifications such as enhanced queue routing options that are no longer system wide and can be individualized.
